He previously served the Archdiocese of New Orleans as Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry and Associate Director of Marriage and Family Life. Before that he taught biblical theology at an all-boys high school for a decade, and spent many more years in parish and retreat ministry in and around South Louisiana. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of New Orleans (CCRNO), a ministry of the Archdiocese devoted to helping people deepen their commitment to Christ, through a greater outpouring of the Holy Spirit in their lives.

Timmy was born and raised in the New Orleans area, where he currently resides with his wife and seven children.
